DEFOIN was born in 2009 in Spain with the idea of promoting Training for Employment and Insertion of employed and unemployed people, at a time when the economic crisis and the need for qualification of workers it was an enormous necessity.

DEFOIN has extensive experience in the comprehensive management of training plans, as well as specific solutions tailored to the need for design, management, and delivery of continuous and occupational training for companies, employed and unemployed people.

Furthermore, DEFOIN is committed in the European sphere with its European Project department based in Madrid. Since 2014, the European department has increased its number of projects significantly, from 2 to 15, and has worked with more than 200 partners from all over Europe.
