The SeHeMe project will produce three results included in Work Package 2, one result in Work Package 3 and one result in Work Package 4. The results are the Evaluation Toolkit for Refugee and Migrant Representation in the Media, the SeHeMe Case Studies Booklet, the Foreign Language for Media Literacy e-course, the Home & Away online magazine and the SeHeMe Training.
Evaluation Toolkit
The Evaluation Toolkit for Refugee and Migrant Representation in the Media is a guideline to evaluate various intersections included when presenting migrants in the media.
SEHEME Case Studies Booklet
The SEHEME Case Studies Booklet includes 10 successful stories of migrants or refugees under the age of 30 years.
Foreign Language for Media Literacy e-course
The Foreign Language for Media Literacy e-course is prepared based on a framework that explains how journalism and language learning can be combined to improve the language skills amongst migrants and refugees while also improving their knowledge of journalism.
Home & Away online magazine
The Home & Away online magazine provides the perfect opportunity to see how much participants have learnt from the previously mentioned e-course by putting their skills into practice to create several sections of the magazine.
SeHeMe Training
The SeHeMe Training will take place in Tunes, Tunisia, over 5 days and this will be an opportunity for migrants and refugees to obtain journalism-related skills and techniques and English language skills that altogether will enable them to better communicate with the host societies and also to have more opportunities for integration.
